The event is free, from 1 -7 this Sunday. The group of people that are showing their wares is nothing short of stunning. These are hand made people, with actual stuff. Truly inspiring. Ta fuck with Target and Ikea and CVS. Did you know you can buy a "Burning Man" hat at CVS? A lot of this "Peace-wear" hemp crap that's made in Bali and who knows where else in who knows what conditions in who knows what economy for a $400 vest at hipster shops on Valencia. I mean, who knows? This stuff is made by these people here. Without a complex distribution network or fancy business plans. Crafty little hands passionite about their artisianship. Innovation. Art.

This email lists is that of Showman Chicken John of San Francisco. You can keep up with his shenanigans and shows by being on this list. He also sends out some personal writing and such. He posts a few times a week at most. You sound much more important when you speak about yourself in the 3rd person. At least I do when I talk about me as 'him'.
