OK. I tried to write a bunch of inspirational bla bla this week tying together the philopshpy and the politics of doing things that cause you to live in a world you create but it all sounded like a broken record or something. I'm not a motivational speaker, I'm prankster for chrissakes...

But it is an odd and amazing feeling. Checking the kickstarter page on Monday and seeing it at $4,300. Then $5,000 that night when I went to sleep. Then creeping up on Tuesday. Wedensday hitting $6K.

Today last I checked we are at $6,908!

$592 to go to get to our goal of $7,500. Or we get nothing...

The feeling of this reminds me of a similar feeling I had, it was just a year ago... a sparkly feeling. Sure, Lera tricked me into doing an online mental quiz to see if I was manic and a few people asked me if I thought I could fly... but the feeling was remarkable. So what if it was a stress-induced manic fit. Get it where you can, I say... anyways... this feeling was tingly. Like magic. I focused on it. Tried to hold on to it. I knew it would go away, and I'd crash. But I sat with it for a long time, to get to see where it was and such. This is kinda the same feeling. 139 people, many of which I do not know, have become partners on this project. That's super cool. It's all unfolding like a good show should... it's the last minute push...91% funded... 4th down and goal... bases loaded... nuclear missles about to launch... Bruce Willis leaping out the window with the magic breadstick... future of the free world dangleing in the balance... it's kinda exciting...

So it's my charge to write this one last email... the "Give one for the Gipper...". I'm the coach in the locker room, who's gonna tell his team that someone's gonna win today.

But all I can think about is that since I spared you 3 emails of at least a thousand words each blathering on about possibility and the laws of attraction... you owe me.

OK, maybe "owe" is a big word.

Alright.... I can do better...

I have this vision in my head. A hundred or two people on a bridge. The boat comes up the channel, and drops anchor. Ropes are thrown from the bow and the stern to the crowd, who tie the vessel off to the bridge. And we do an awesome show, off the boat. No permit required. Because there is no law for this. Yet. We'll make sure they get around to the eventually... Here is the Lefty Odul bridge. It's right by Pac Bell Park. It's perfect.

How about Isials creek, down by 280?

Every look at SF from a water view? It's kinda untapped...

That's all public stuff. Anyone can go there at anytime. For any reason.

OK, OK that's a photo of Vancuver, just seeing if your paying attention...

Here is an interesting view of our city.

The point is there is much to explore. A life time's worth of exploration. The water in SF and our sister cities offer thousands of destinations for nautical adventurers. It's all pretty much the coolest thing ever.

I hope you'll find a few extra dollars to help kick start our project and come with us on a few explorations/excursions.

We need like $500 in the next 12 hours. Here is a link to the page:

The crew of the Relentless thanks you...

This email lists is that of Showman Chicken John of San Francisco. You can keep up with his shenanigans and shows by being on this list. He also sends out some personal writing and such. He posts a few times a week at most. You sound much more important when you speak about yourself in the 3rd person. At least I do when I talk about me as 'him'.
